Ethernet I/O

Depending on the configuration, EWIO2-BM is a compact Modbus and/or BACnet server that connects digital and analog signals from sensor and actuator level to the Modbus TCP and/or BACnet IP network. Various building and industrial automation tasks can be performed with a Modbus or BACnet client. Simple building or industrial automation functions and control tasks can be created and visualized using the Node-RED graphical programming interface integrated into the web interface and numerous digital and analog inputs/outputs. Two Ethernet ports with Daisy Chain function are available to connect to the LAN network and connect other Ethernet I/O devices. The system is parameterized, configured and started via a platform-independent web browser. To upgrade the sensor/actuator level, MR-I/O expansion modules can be connected using plug & play jumper plugs and wires to the second EWIO2-BM Modbus RTU device interface. The integrated µSD memory card extends the EWIO2-BM functionality range, allowing settings, data and programs to be saved.
