PL/X Series

High-performance digital 2Q / 4Q DC drives from 5 kW to 1 MW output power.

The PL/X series DC drive is a fully digital DC drive system providing 5kW – 980kW output power. Available in 2Q (unidirectional) and 4Q (fully regenerative) variants. The range consists of 5 compact chassis sizes with models offering output currents from 12A to 2250A.

  • Operating input voltage range from 12V to 500V AC.
  • 600 V and 690 VAC input options available.

JL/X Series

For motors from 75 kW to 1 MW output power.

The JL/X series AC drive is a fully digital drive system providing 45–975 kW output power for controlling AC slip ring motors. The JL/X is built on the same platform as the PL/X and features identical controllers. The JL/X is designed for retrofitting cranes, material handling, hoists, pumps, compressors, and conveyors.

  • Standard input voltage range 12V – 500VAC.
  • 600 V and 690 V AC input options available.

PL/XD Series

High-performance 2Q / 4Q DC drives from 5 kW to 1 MW output power.

The PL/XD provides gate drive pulses for driving user-supplied pulse transformers with primary pulse currents up to 1.5 A. As standard, the PL/XD can be supplied with up to 690 VAC supply voltage. An integrated motor field bridge with independent single-phase AC supply inputs is also included for controlling fields up to 32A or 50A.

  • Internal field supply input voltage set at 480 VAC.
  • AC supply voltage – from 12 to 690 VAC +/- 10%.

340/680/1220 Series

Ultra-compact 1Q / 4Q DIN rail-mounted DC drives.

A wide range of DC drives offering non-isolated and isolated drives up to 12.2 A output current, suitable for DC motors up to 1.8 kW (2.0 HP) output power. The product range has multiple input voltage options, from standard 110–240 VAC to 30 V–60 VAC options, which can provide output voltage up to 24 VDC. This series is an ideal cost-effective drive solution for controlling small brushed and DC motors.

  • 340 controller for DC motors with rated power up to 3.4 A (0.55 KW / 0.75 HP).

XLV Series

Fast-response current drives for low-voltage DC motors.

The XLV series provides 4Q motor control for low-voltage DC motors. With 12V – 48VDC input, the XLV series provides 2A – 12Amps output. Designed for servo-type applications requiring excellent speed regulation, the XLV series can be controlled in speed or torque (current) control modes.

  • 200XLV has +/- 2A output with 150% overload capability.
  • 4/8/1200XLV has 4/8/12A output, with 200%.
  • Wide supply voltage range up to 48v.

SL Series

Analog 2Q / 4Q DC drives supplying up to 330A output current for controlling motors up to 145 kW.

The SL series consists of a range of analog 2Q / 4Q DC drives supplying up to 330A output current to control motors up to 145 kW power. For users requiring analog control loops, the SL series is a cost-effective, compact, and reliable control platform.

  • SL/X series provides 2Q / 4Q operation in 11 models from 5kW to 145kW output power.
  • SLE series is a unidirectional 2Q DC drive with 4 models from 14kW to 44kW output power.
