These Terms of Service (hereinafter \u2013 the Terms) are a binding and integral part of the purchase and sale agreement concluded between the website simeksa.lt (hereinafter \u2013 simeksa.lt, our, us, we) and the simeksa.lt client (hereinafter \u2013 You,Your), which familiarise You with the terms and conditions for purchasing goods on the website and establish the rights and obligations of simeksa.lt and You concerning the purchase and sale of goods on the website.<\/p>\n\n

I. General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1. The following are entitled to use the website’s services:<\/p>\n\n

1.1. competent natural persons aged 18 or older;<\/p>\n\n

1.2. minors aged fifteen to eighteen years, only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents, or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their earnings, scholarships, or personal funds;<\/p>\n\n

2. The Buyer can order goods on the website in two ways:<\/p>\n\n

6. By using the website’s services, You agree to these terms and conditions of the purchase and sale agreement and are obliged to comply with them.<\/p>\n\n

7. You are responsible for all Your actions performed while using the website’s services.<\/p>\n\n
